By using drshrutisagar.com (the "Website") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. The Website is operated by Dr. B. Shruti Sagar ("we", "us"), who practises at Krisara Gastro & Liver Clinic, 3rd Floor, Fairmont Square, Petbasheerabad, Quthbullapur, Kompally, Hyderabad - 500100, Telangana, India.
2. What the Website is for
The Website gives general information about Dr. B. Shruti Sagar's qualifications, the services she provides, where she consults, and digestive and liver health. It is for information only.
- It is not medical advice. Nothing on the Website is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan for you. Do not delay or skip seeing a doctor because of something you read here.
- Reading the Website does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are examined or formally consulted, with your consent, by the doctor.
- Results differ. Every patient is different. Descriptions of procedures and outcomes are general. They do not promise, or predict, a result for you. Every procedure carries risks, which the doctor will discuss with you before you consent.
- Information changes. Medical knowledge changes. We try to keep pages accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date.
3. Appointments and consultations
- You can ask for an appointment by phone or WhatsApp, or through a hospital's own booking portal where the Website links to one. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic or hospital confirms it to you.
- Fees, timings and locations can change. The clinic will tell you the applicable consultation fee when you book or when you arrive.
- Tele-consultation, where offered, is at the doctor's discretion, follows the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020, and is not suitable for emergencies or for conditions that need an examination in person.
- Booking on a hospital's portal, for example Yashoda Hospitals, takes place on that hospital's website under its terms and privacy notice. We are not responsible for that website.
4. Qualifications and affiliations
This is Dr. B. Shruti Sagar's personal professional website. It is not the official website of any hospital. Where it names a hospital or institution, it does so only to state where the doctor trained, works or consults. Names and logos of other organisations belong to those organisations.
5. How you may use the Website
You agree not to:
- use the Website unlawfully, or to harm, harass or mislead anyone;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its hosting, or interfere with how it works;
- send us false, abusive or misleading messages, or pretend to be another person;

The text, images, graphics, design and videos on the Website belong to Dr. B. Shruti Sagar or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright law. The Website links to services run by others, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and hospital websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission that has jurisdiction where you live or work.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
